Racon was established in 2009 by a senior leadership team with direct experience working in almost every area of the rail industry.
From train manufacturing and operating companies to train leasing, depots, refurbishments and fleet management the team brought a depth of knowledge and cross-industry commercial understanding to their clients.
We were tasked to bring the identity into the modern era of strategic, commercial and technical consultancy, whilst keeping one eye on the established brand positioning they had built over the 15 years of business.
We saw this journey as a modern, dynamic progression from their current branding, but still identifiably Racon.
