Built in 1894 by the present owner's great uncle, Broomknowe main house is a small Victorian villa set in mature gardens surrounded by natural woodland. The main house and cottage sit on North Ailey Road above the village of Cove.
Entrance to the cottage is by means of a side door, where full parking is available. The cottage is on one level with a patio area to the front and seating to the side of the building.
